The best bet is to add one at a time, find a good placement and then as you add each additional one, evaluate if the first ones placed have decreased in their effectiveness at all.
Yes, you may shower with your Kailo™ or Flex™ on. Always be aware that the adhesive may become loose when it gets wet.
