The Flex™ will work for you as long as the gold pattern on the one side is still there. That gold is the slurry with the capacitors in it. Your Flex can get wrinkled and crinkled but if the slurry is still there, it can still relieve your pain. It will normally last 30 days or a bit more with proper care.

If you are using the The Flex™, please put the adhesive on the white side. The white side will then be against your skin.

The Flex™ works locally so it can only focus on one area of pain at a time, however, you can wear more than one Flex at a time. Almost everyone can wear 2 and many people can wear 3. We have had a few customers that wear more. There is however a definite threshold that varies from person to person, where adding one more Kailo decreases the effectiveness of the others. The best bet is to add one at a time, find a good placement and then as you add each additional one, evaluate if the first ones placed have decreased in their effectiveness at all.

Yes, you may shower with your Flex™ on. Always be aware that the adhesive may become loose when it gets wet, however.

The clinical trial results represent the outcomes from the PREVENT study. PREVENT is an IRB-approved, minimal-risk, observational trial.

The trial evaluated a group of 66 patients with mild, moderate, and severe pain and neuropathic, musculoskeletal, and arthritic conditions. Their changes in pain severity, medication usage, pain interference, and side effects were closely monitored and evaluated.

READ FINDINGS

  • 71% decrease in the mean Brief Pain Inventory (BPI) Severity score across all patients.
  • 67% decrease in the mean BPI Interference score across all patients.
  • 98% of participants reported “less” or “a lot less” concurrent oral medication use.
  • 97% of participants were “very/extremely” satisfied with the Kailo Pain Patch and noted that they preferred the patch over oral medication.

These are our return policy best practices:

  • Take all of the time offered in our return policy to allow you time to find the right placement for your patch.
  • Simply contacting us before the return policy window is over and getting started on the steps gives you access to a full return.
  • If your purchase included any “Free” patches, you must return the free patches to receive reimbursement for the paid patches.
  • We offer returns on gifted products. An order number will be required to process a return. Gift recipients are not entitled to the refund.
  • If you send products to us for a refund and you haven’t followed the return policy steps, we will not ship the products back to you.
  • We offer return shipping labels for domestic purchases of The Element Patch only. All other products must be returned at the customers’ expense.

Second Step: Our customer service team member will ask you some questions about your efforts to reduce pain using our patches. Please work with us through this process because we want to give you the best opportunity possible to eliminate your pain. They will ask you:

Third Step: Our customer service team will send you a return authorization form. If you are returning The Element patch and live in the U.S., our customer service team will also provide you a prepaid envelope to return the product.

 

Fourth Step: Mail your product(s) to the address on the return authorization form within 2 weeks from the time we email you the return authorization form. See the detail below about return policy lengths by product and what should be returned.
