We have had a few customers that wear more. There is however a definite threshold that varies from person to person, where adding one more patch decreases the effectiveness of the others. The best bet is to add one at a time, find a good placement and then as you add each additional one, evaluate if the first ones placed have decreased in their effectiveness at all.
Yes, you may shower with your Kailo™ or Flex™ on. Always be aware that the adhesive may become loose when it gets wet.
